Add Moderators panFora 
Forum Admin  
  Only Forum Administrators can add Moderators to a Forum.
  Moderators play an important role in the Forum, taking active part
  in the maintenance, organization and content of the Forum.
  Moderators can be added to the Forum at any time.
  The Forum Administrator has control over the scope of these capabilities.
  Please refer to Before You Begin and Edit Forum's General Configuration
  sections for more on this subject.
  Regular users can easily identify Moderators and their messages by a series of visual clues.
  Moderators' names and photo borders are green, versus the regular users' default color (typically gray).
  Note: Forum Administrators can change the users' default gray, but Moderator's will remain green.
  Please refer to the Customizing Forum Color Sheme section for more information.
   
 ToAdd Moderators to the Forum
  Select Add Moderators under [Forum] in the Menu Frame
  The Editing Frame updates to display the Add Moderators editing form.
  Notes:
  Use this form only if the moderator is not yet a registered user in the Forum.
  To give moderator status to an existing user, please refer to the Edit Users section.
  To avoid duplication, the names of existing forum moderators with their corresponding userids
  are listed to the right of the New User ID text field.
   
    1.Type the new moderator UserID in the [New UserId] text field.
    You must enter a unique UserID.
    If you enter a UserID that already exists, you can either:
    a. Click to edit the existing user and give him Moderator status.
    b. Click the Back link to return to the Add Moderators editing form.
    2.Click to add a new moderator.
    Note: Click the Clear button to clear the form.
    The frame updates to the Adding User form.
    3.Edit User Information.
    Much of the user information is pre-entered with default values.
    You can edit any and all.
    For more information on user editing, refer to the Editing Users section.
   
  To Submit your changes
    Click to submit your changes.
    A notification form will be displayed with all submitted changes.
    Important: Unless you click the Submit button, your changes will be lost.
